1. First-Time Purchase Guarantee

If you're not happy with your first order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • You must be a first-time customer.

  • Only one refund per customer is allowed.

  • Product must be unopened or minimally used.

  • Contact us at admin@hexabiome.com with your order number and reason.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for repeat purchases or opened products beyond the first-time guarantee.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

4. How to Start a Refund Request
