Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy provides a summary of the ways you can purchase HEXABIOME products and how to manage or cancel a subscription. It is intended as a convenient overview and works together with our Terms of Service, Subscription Policy, and Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy. Where those policies provide more detail, they control.
1. Purchase Options
HEXABIOME currently offers two ways to purchase:
One-Time Purchase. A single order with no recurring billing and no ongoing commitment.
Subscribe & Save. A recurring subscription that automatically delivers and bills for your product on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Full recurring billing, automatic renewal, and subscription terms are described in our Subscription Policy.
2. Pricing
We do not list prices in this Policy. Applicable pricing, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and renewal amounts are disclosed on the product page, at checkout, in your order confirmation, and, where applicable, in renewal notifications.
3. Managing Your Subscription
If you enroll in Subscribe & Save, you can manage your subscription through your Customer Account or the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails.
Through your Customer Account, you can:
- view your subscription details and past subscription orders;
- skip an upcoming subscription order;
- pause your subscription;
- resume a paused subscription;
- cancel your subscription;
- update your payment method; and
- update your shipping address.
Access to your Customer Account requires customer accounts to be enabled on our Site.
4. Cancellation
4.1 One-Time Purchases
To cancel a one-time purchase order, contact our customer support team and include your order number along with the name and email address used at checkout. A cancellation is not final until you receive written confirmation from our team.
Cancellation requests must reach us by 9:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on the same day the order is placed, calculated using our store time zone, U.S. Pacific Time (PT). Requests received within this window will be cancelled and any charge reversed to the original payment method.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Instead, you must follow our standard Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy once the item arrives, and return shipping fees may apply.
4.2 Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time, online, without contacting support and without a cancellation fee, through your Customer Account or the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails.
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to help prevent the next renewal from being processed. This 48-hour timing recommendation is HEXABIOME's operational policy and is not a legal requirement. Renewal timing is calculated using our store time zone, U.S. Pacific Time (PT).
Cancelling ends your current subscription and cannot be undone.
If you only want to stop orders temporarily, you can pause your subscription and resume it later.
Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be cancelled. Additional cancellation details are described in our Subscription Policy.
